We're getting married on 10.30.10 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Hotel Information

We wanted to let you know how to book a room for our wedding:

The Eden Resort Hotel is 5 minutes from our reception site and the price per night is $135.95. This price is good up until September 22nd.

You can make a reservation two different ways:

Online: Go to www.edenresort.com and use the group number 063951.

Phone: Call 717.569.6444 and use the group number 063951 or mention the Lang/Crothers Wedding Room Block for October 2010.

However, we have had some issues with the Eden Resort hotel so we are offering guests a second option to get a room for the night at the Hilton Garden Inn which is $119 per night or Homewood Suites which are $169 per night. These two hotels are located right next to each other about 10 minutes from the reception site.

Phone: Call 717-560-0880 for the Hilton Garden Inn or 717-381-4400 for Homewood Suites and use the group code LCW or the group name Lang/Crothers Wedding.

Online: Go to www.lancaster.hgi.com for the Hilton Garden Inn or to www.lancasterpa.homewoodsuites.com for Homewood Suites. Then in the reservation section under Special Accounts and Rates enter LCW

The Church

We are getting married in the "city" of Lancaster at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. It is a very old church (founded in 1849) with amazing stained glass windows, an organ from the late 1800s, and an alter brought over from Europe. The wedding ceremony will begin at 2 o'clock.

*Just so you know...parking is going to be a little difficult. There is St. Joseph's Catholic School around the corner that offers some parking but most will be in the street (which is usually packed) or a small lot across from the church. Sorry :)

Landis Valley Museum--The Yellow Barn

The reception is at the Landis Valley Museum in the Yellow Barn at 5 o'clock but you can head on over any time after 4:30.

Here is a sneak peek of what it looks like inside the undecorated barn.
The Yellow Barn was built in 1939 with timber framing from an earlier 1814 brick farmstead barn.
